Frances Wiese
Frances Wiese can be found in rollerblades when she’s not on set in LA, and occasionally on set in rollerblades. She’s a Creative Director, Writer and Filmmaker. After spending the first 5 years of her career as a brand strategist in New York City, she wanted to apply her strategic knowledge on set, creating client work that didn't just look beautiful but reached the audience it needed to.

Since then, Frances has consulted, written and directed campaigns for industry-leading clients, including L’Oreal, Hilton, Michaels Crafts, H&R Block, Thomas’ Breads, Odele Beauty and many more.

Beyond directing commercials, Frances is a film director and screenwriter with award-winning short films under her belt and a debut feature on the way.  











Adam Kinyon
Adam Kinyon is a Producer and Unit Production Manager based in New York City, or more accurately, the Delta Sky Lounge. His projects range from independent feature films to multi-million dollar commercials across New York, California, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, and Canada.

Adam began his film career in film transportation as a member of Local 817 - the New York Film Teamster Union - where he worked on projects like Succession, Law & Order SVU, and Russian Doll. After advancing to transportation captain, Adam transitioned to producing, jumping right into associate producing a $40 million feature, Wild River: Rising.

Since then, Adam has been building budgets, pulling all-nighters, and making miracles happen for first-time feature directors, Hollywood moguls, and global brands, such as Lexus, Nike, and H&R Block.
